DeepMind’s AlphaGenome Atlas used to find disease-linked DNA variants

Why it matters

Google DeepMind says researchers at Broad Institute, University of Exeter and others are already using AlphaGenome Atlas to find and interpret likely disease-causing DNA variants. Examples include a lab-validated DNM1 mutation, stronger rare-signal detection in UK Biobank data, and 2,500+ mapped regulatory patterns. The Atlas is described as freely accessible.
